Yes! Bentleyville is a walk-through event. Entry is free, but parking in any of the lots at or near Bentleyville is $10 per vehicle.

Yes, Bentleyville has wheelchairs and strollers available for guest to use. They are on a first come first serve basis.

The 2025 Bentleyville Tour of Lights event is FREE to enter – parking is $10 per vehicle. We accept cash or card.

Bentleyville prohibits the following items in Bayfront Festival Park: illegal substances, alcohol, firearms, weapons, fireworks, bikes, skateboards, scooters, smoking, tobacco products, recreational drugs, pets, and skates.

For the health and safety of both animals and guests, Bentleyville asks that pets be left at home or in the care of someone else.

Parking is available at Bentleyville (follow signage). Parking is also available at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center, Great Lakes Aquarium, or any Downtown Duluth Ramp.

Yes. Food and Toys will be collected when entering the tour.

Bentleyville is an official collection site for the Salvation Army. Please bring a non-perishable food item or new unwrapped toy when you visit.  Food and new un-wrapped toys are distributed to Salvation Army Corps in Duluth, Cloquet, Virginia, Grand Rapids, Hibbing, International Falls, MN, and Superior, WI.

Bentleyville remains open during regular hours on all holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day, opening at 5 PM.

For the latest closure updates due to weather, visitors should check Bentleyville’s homepage or Facebook page. Closure decisions are typically made by 3:00 PM on the day in question and will be clearly posted on both platforms. As an outdoor event, guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather.

Children 12 and under who visit Santa will receive a knit Bentleyville hat and a bag of cookies. Sorry, hats are only available in person and will not be shipped. Children must be present to receive a hat.

The Bentleyville tour follows a 3/4 mile path around Bayfront Park and takes about 30-45 minutes.

Yes, Bentleyville has a lost and found. If visitors are in the park, they should locate event staff. If something is lost and guests are wondering if it’s in the lost and found, they can message Bentleyville through the website or on Facebook.

Bentleyville’s operating budget primarily comes from visitor donations, local sponsors, parking, gift shop sales, and candy bar sales.
