Is Bentleyville a walk through event?
Yes! Bentleyville is a walk through event! Entry Bentleyville is FREE but parking in any of the lots at or near Bentleyville will be $10.

Does Bentleyville provide any wheelchairs or strollers?
Yes, Bentleyville has wheelchairs and strollers available for guest to use. They are on a first come first serve basis.
Where can we buy tickets for the tour?
Tickets are not required for entry to Bentleyville, as admission is FREE. Parking is $10 per vehicle – pay at the gate. We accept cash or card.
Where do we make reservations?
We do not have reservations, all guests entering are first come first served. Please note that we are immensely busy on Fridays and Saturdays.
What is the cost to visit Bentleyville?
The 2023 Bentleyville Tour of Lights event is FREE to enter – parking is $10 per vehicle. We accept cash or card.

Is there anything we cannot bring to Bentleyville?
Bentleyville does not allow the following in Bayfront Festival Park: Illegal substances, alcohol, firearms, any weapon, fireworks, bikes, skateboards, scooters, and skates.
Where can I find a restroom at Bentleyville?
Toilets are available near the main entrance of the tour. We also have portable toilets along the tour route.
Can I bring my pet?
For the health and safety of animals and guests, we ask that attendees to leave their pets at home or in the care of another.
Where can I park?
Parking is available in one of the Bentleyville parking lots (follow signage), at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center, or Great Lakes Aquarium.
Does Bentleyville collect food or toys for the people in need?
Yes. Food and Toys will be collected when entering the tour.
Bentleyville is an official collection site for the Salvation Army. Please bring a non-perishable food item or new unwrapped toy when you visit. Food and new un-wrapped toys are distributed to Salvation Army Corps in Duluth, Cloquet, Virginia, Grand Rapids, Hibbing, International Falls, MN, and Superior, WI.
In 2023, over 257,000 Bentleyville guests helped raise 7,984 lbs. of food and 1,351 toys. Thank you! 27,000 Santa hats were given up to children under 10!
Is Bentleyville open on holidays?
Yes! We are open all holidays. Bentleyville opens at 5 pm on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!

Will Bentleyville close due to bad weather?
Yes. Bentleyville has been closed in the past due to bad weather. If you are concerned that we may be closed, please visit our Home Page or Facebook page for closings due to inclement conditions. The decision to close generally is not made until 3:00 pm of the day in question and will be posted clearly on the front page of our website and Facebook.
How does a child get a free Bentleyville knit hat?
Children 10 years old and younger receive a knit Bentleyville hat from Santa along with a bag of cookies. Children must be present to receive a hat.
Do you sell Bentleyville merchandise?
Can we take pictures or video tape the light displays?
Yes. Feel free to take as many pictures as you wish!
How long is the 2023 Bentleyville Tour?
The Bentleyville tour traverses a 3/4 mile pathway along the perimeter of Bayfront Park and will take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete.
What are the dates of Bentleyville?
Saturday, November 18th through Tuesday, December 26th, 2023 – including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Night
Sunday – Thursday 5 pm – 9 pm
Friday & Saturday 5 pm – 10 pm
When is Santa Claus & Mrs. Claus at Bentleyville?
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at Bentleyville each night. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available for photo opportunities. Children 10 and under will receive a new knit hat and bag of cookies. Children must be present to receive a hat.
